Our Centre has a policy of employing Professional Early Childhood Educators approved by the Office for Early Childhood Education and Care. Our Educators are encouraged to participate in professional development training to enhance and upgrade their skills on an ongoing basis.
The Licensees and Director are responsible for the overall management of the Centre. The Centre will maintain correct Educator/child ratios as defined by the child care regulations. All Educators are professionally trained in providing the Early Years Learning Framework and/or Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline. Our Curriculum is continually evaluated and reflected upon to ensure the individual interests and needs of each child are catered for.
All Educators must hold a current First Aid Certificate, CPR Training, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management and current Suitability Notice, issued by the Commission for Children and Young People, indicating approval to work in child related employment.
Additional Educators may be employed to assist children with special needs.
